Dear ATC Members

It is with great pleasure that I extend this invitation to you to attend the upcoming General Assembly of the Council scheduled for Saturday, December 23, at 11:30 am. The assembly will take place at McLean Community Center Meeting Hall. The agenda for the General Assembly will encompass the following key items

Review and assessment of the Council’s performance during the preceding period, as well as exploring opportunities for its growth and increased impact

Revision of the Bylaws to align with the requirements of the forthcoming period

Election of governing bodies and committees

Other business and initiatives

Further confirmation with details and specific timetable will be communicated to you within the coming week. Members who did not pay their membership dues are encouraged to do so at the GA meeting or prior to it. Your attendance and active participation at the assembly are greatly anticipated
